Founded in 2007 by Dennis Goodhart, IP Network Consulting (IPNC) is a full-service independent Business Communications Technology consulting practice. Our clients include small and medium size local businesses, as well as global Fortune 500 companies from most vertical and industry segments.

Founder & Principal

 Dennis Goodhart is the Founder and Principal of IP Network Consulting. He has designed developed, negotiated, implemented, and managed global mission critical projects of complex technology to meet specific client needs. Projects range in scope from network design and implementation, project management oversight, communications business process enablement applications, contact centers, worldwide equipment replacements, and cost control audits for Fortune 500 companies, banking and financial intuitions, manufactures and retail companies.

He is adept in devising and delivering innovative workable cost effective state-of-the-art business communications solutions and has gained a reputation as a trusted resource and problem solver to global executives and decision makers.

Dennis is a long time holder of a FCC First Class Radio Telephony license. He is a member of the IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers), a current member and former board member of the SCTC (Society of Communications Technology Consultants), is an advisory council board member to Illinois Institute of Technology's Real Time Communications Lab, as well as a member of industry advisory groups and consultant liaison programs.  He is the original founding member of the International Consultant Alliance and the co-founder and Managing Partner of Aseismic LLC, an early developer and services provider of a software based cloud IPBX.

He has chaired education sessions on Unified Communications, SIP, Cloud, Contact Centers, and emerging technologies. He has written and published articles on Contact Centers and Customer Engagement practices, and has held positions with Nortel Networks, N.E.T., and other communications services providers.
